The rigid polyurethane is the result of the chemical reaction between two base substances, polyol and isocyanate.
The two substances are mixed into a mixing machine where they react producing a foam that, after injection in a closed mould, solidifies.
The moulding process is made with RIM technology by high pressure injection machinery managed by PLC and using aluminum moulds mounted on hydraulic presses.

POLYURETHANE MOULDING
We use only aluminum moulds, that guarantee a constant reproducibility in the time and a starting investment lower than other injection moulding processes, this makes polyurethane much more competitive for the realization of medium/little batches and/or big dimensional products.
